The Rusty Anchor is a pub in Port Sarim, near the northern docks. During the Alfred Grimhand Bar Crawl mini-quest, Black Skull Ale can be consumed here, supposedly for 8 coins, although the bartender forgets to actually remove the coins from the player's inventory.[1][2]
The Bartender here starts the Goblin diplomacy quest, and Redbeard Frank outside starts Pirate's treasure. Three small rooms with beds can be found upstairs.
