Bandit Camp General Store (also known as the tax free shop[1]) is hosted by Noterazzo in Bandit Camp, level 23 Wilderness. It is notable for selling all its items except Bronze axes for free and buying back items for their High level alchemy prices. It is also the only General Store in the Wilderness.
