A Rune throwing knife is a throwing knife which can be obtained through Smithing or by smashing Strange Barrels. Two of them can be made from one runite bar at level 92 Smithing, granting 75 experience.

It requires level 40 Attack and level 35 Ranged to wield. You can use weapon poison on it to make it a Poisoned Rune throwing knife.
