An Adamantite Spear is a spear that can be obtained as a drop from various monsters. It can be thrown or used while in melee combat. It is the second-strongest spear, being stronger than the Mithril Spear but weaker than the Rune Spear.

It requires level 25 Ranged and level 30 Attack to equip. Weapon poison can be used on it to make it into a Poisoned Adamantite Spear.
