Black Plate Mail Legs are the fourth weakest and fourth strongest plate mail legs in RuneScape Classic. They can be worn by players with level 10 Defense. Equipping them provides the player an Armour bonus of 20. As with all Black equipment, players cannot create this item using the Smithing skill.

They can be exchanged for a Black Plated Skirt from Thrander in south-eastern Varrock, and can be purchased from Louie's Legs in south-eastern Al Kharid or Champion's Store in Champions' Guild.
