Before and during the Witch's Potion quest, cooked meat can be intentionally cooked to get Burntmeat. Afterwards this is no longer possible.
In 2001, cookedmeat would supposedly heal one additional Hits for every 15 Cooking levels gained by the player eating it (not the player who had cooked it)![3] However, due to the way RuneScript works, it's more likely any scaling amount was applied based on Hits level.
