The Weaponsmaster is a monster that can be found in the Phoenix Gang armoury. He serves no purpose after the quest, and only drops bones. He guards the Phoenix crossbows which players must steal in order to gain entry to the Black Arm Gang to obtain one half of the Shield of Arrav.

If a player has joined the Phoenix Gang, they will be unable to attack the NPC. When attempted, a message is displayed above the player's head: Nope, I'm not going to attack a fellow gang member
