The Tramp is a non-player character found in the south of Varrock, in front of the alleyway leading to the hideout of the Black Arm Gang. He spends his days begging for coins to be able to eat. When spoken to, players are able to give him one coin. During the Shield of Arrav quest, the Tramp plays a vital role by revealing where the hideout of the Black Arm Gang is located.
