Chancy is an NPC who can be found simultaneously in south east Varrock as well as in a house just west of Rimmington. He helps the player smuggle Liquid Honey into Varrock during the Biohazard quest. Any of the other vials he will just sell.

Appearance

Chancy is a light skin toned man with short light brown hair. He wears black pants and a Monks robe top.
