Dragon Bones are the highest level bones in RuneScape Classic that are always dropped by a Dragon when it is killed except for baby dragons, which drop big bones. Players can bury dragon bones to receive 60 Prayer experience.
Five dragon bones can also be exchanged for a dragon bone certificate by talking to Sidney Smith located in Yanille.
During the Watchtower quest dragon bones are given to Toban in exchange for an Ogre relic part.
