An Unholy Symbol of Zamorak is a piece of jewellery that can be made with level 16 Crafting. It is made by first creating an Unblessed Unholy Symbol of Zamorak, then getting it cursed by the Spirit of Scorpius who haunts the graveyard north of the Observatory. He will only curse the symbol if the player has completed the Observatory Quest.
