A Diamond Amulet is an item which can be worn in the necklace slot. It can be made with level 70 crafting, and creating the unstrung version grants 100 experience. It is created by using a gold bar and a cut diamond on a furnace whilst having an amulet mould in the inventory. The resulting unstrung diamond amulet can be strung with a ball of wool. When unenchanted, it offers no combat bonuses. However, when enchant level-4 amulets is cast upon it, the amulet turns into an Diamond Amulet of power which gives combat stats. The two amulets look identical.
