The Man is an NPC which can be found wandering outside a mansion on the eastern edge of Seers Village. They tell the player about a murder that has occurred at the Sinclair Mansion to the north. They are otherwise not involved with the Murder Mystery quest, and the player is never required to speak to them in order to complete it.
