Fluffs is the name of the cat belonging to Gertrude in the quest Gertrude's Cat. She has ran away from home to Lumber Mill and must be lured back with Milk, Seasoned Sardine and Kittens.

Although Fluffs is an item featuring the "Stroke" command (like Kitten), Fluffs can never be picked up, not even by Telekinetic grab. Attempting to use the spell produces the message: I can't use telekinetic grab on the cat

Because Fluffs cannot be picked up by any method, she is technically an unobtainable item, even though the item has a spawn and must be interacted with during the Gertrude's Cat quest.

After giving her the Kittens

you place the kittens by their mother
