The Reality-Rune was an unobtainable Rune. It was removed from the game sometime between 15 May and 11 June 2001.
When asked about the Reality and Time-Runes in 2022, Paul Gower said "The truth is I don't 100 percent remember, but I think we brainstormed rune names, then didn't need that many when we actually came to making higher level magic."
