The Nature-Rune is a type of rune used in the Magic Skill, required for casting four spells: Low level alchemy, High level alchemy, Superheat item and Bones to bananas.
Nature-Runes can be obtained from monster drops, buying them from other players, or by thieving. Thieving at the nature rune chest in East Ardougne or the Pirates' Hideout is a popular collection method. Bots are known to hold the spot for weeks and months at a time.

- Wilderness, the Nature-Rune Isle southwest of the Demonic Ruins. Players require telekinetic grab to reach one spawn, the other is not accessible (2 spawns).
