The Oracle is an NPC found on Ice Mountain. She takes the form of a blue skinned female humanoid and speaks to the player in riddles. The player is required to interact with her during the course of the Dragon Slayer Quest, and she offers real-life advise in the form of riddles to players who ask her to impart knowledge.
