The first map piece is obtained after completing Melzar's Maze.
The second map piece is found in a chest in a locked room in the Dwarven Mine. The chest room can be accessed by following clues from the Oracle on Ice Mountain. The clues lead to the door requiring four items to be opened: a Wizard's Mind Bomb, silk, a lobster pot, and an Unfired Bowl.
Extended information on obtaining each map piece can be found in the Dragon Slayer guide.
Combining the 3 map pieces will create a full Map.

Trivia[edit | edit source]
- In the early days of RuneScape 2, it was possible to transfer items from RS2 to RuneScape Classic. Many players exploited this to complete Dragon Slayer on their RS Classic pures with 1 magic. Such accounts are known as "plate pures" (if they have at least level 40 defence and Dragon Slayer completed for equipping the Rune plate mail body or Rune Plate Mail top) or "axe pures" (if they have at least level 60 attack and Hero's quest completed for equipping Dragon axes)
