The ID Paper is an item needed for Black Arm Gang members during the Heroes Quest. It is obtained from Trobert in Brimhaven. It is required along with a Large Black Helmet, Black Plate Mail Body, and Black Plate Mail Legs in order to enter Scar face pete[sic]'s mansion and complete the quest.
