Herbs

A Herb is a key ingredient in the Herblaw skill. Herbs are also referred to as unids, meaning unidentified herb. They must be identified before use, and once identified, their name will change to the type of herb it is.

When in a bank, herbs will stack in several bank piles. Each pile is a different type of herb.

Unidentified herbs are often referred to as "unids" by players.

Item sources[edit | edit source]

Unidentified herbs are dropped by many creatures, and drop tables for each individual herb can be found on their page (I.E. Tarromin, Marrentill)

Chaos druids are known to have the best herb drop rate, and are commonly killed for that reason, as well as the fact that they drop several Herblaw secondary ingredients.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • In the items database there exists a herb that appears before the rest of the other tradeable herbs. This is most likely due because although Herblaw was implemented in 2002, it could have served as a testing item in the early days of Runescape Classic.
