Guthix is the god of balance. He is said to have specifically created the dwarves and the gnomes, and he is worshipped by the Druids of Taverley. Guthix maintains the balance between good and evil. He is also a shapeshifter, thus his true form is unknown. However, he is often depicted as either a hairy skull (as in the God letters) or a man with green robes and hair.
